The Resident Care Responsibilities of CNA in the job are assure privacy, answer call bells, complete assistance in bathing, dressing, hygiene and grooming, serve and collect food trays, provide hydration to residents when they require, help resident in moving from one place to another and many more care taking responsibilities that are required to be fulfilled in CNA jobs. Though no prior experience or high school degree is required for CNA job, in case a candidate has some prior experience in CNA job or has a high school degree then such candidates get some preference.
